For mine Bairstow is a very good batsman, but mentally pretty weak. No way on Earth should he be at seven and the only reason he is (allegedly) is that he doesn't want to bat up the order. Might be fair enough when he's got the gloves to an extent, but for the good of the team surely he has to suck it up?

Buttler is a perfect 7. He's batting too high because Bairstow is batting too low. Balance is all wrong

Paine is a necessary selection for a bit longer. He's still an excellent keeper. The catch to get rid of Burns was a belter.
