Flanagan is still entitled to appeal so the era isn't quiet dead. Even when he eventually goes it's no reason to tear it all apart and start over.

No idea how John Morris or anyone else employed under Flanagan would be a bad look - do you want to piss off everyone who worked with him?
After thinking about it I agree with the clubs decision as they really have no time or financial room to put a broom through the place.
Yes wait for the appeal but I really don't like his chances.

Gal owed money by a company that's gone bust, that has one of the Sharks Directors involved.... Would mean this had to be a declared 3rd party payment in guessing?

Get onto it Todd. It has got to be the Sharks fault 'some how'. Get that crack Investigative Squad moving.

Flange has a gig in the UK. Not sure who yet but somebody who just got signed will be getting flicked and Flange will be in.

He will be suing the club and also the NRL. and I don't think he needs to appeal for that to happen.
He has 5 years to lodge his claim and will be able to claim upwards of $1 million per year based upon premiership winning coach and the prosperity the club was having under his watch. If the players he has recruited this year win the thing in 2019, that figure could explode. the other claims will be loss of mecia roles sponsorship roles hurt and defamation. Armed with a legal team that will most likely be paid on percentage of win and confident of an out of court settlement both entities.
The NRL will find itself in a sticky situation and try to win through weight of litigation as usual and as happened with ASADA.
It won't matter to flange as he has moved on but his claim will probably come at a time when our finances pop up.
5 years.
Add to that, we now have the biggest enemy of our club ever and who could single handedly fold our club in a week, iIF certain information exists.
This has been a cluster phiuque of biblical proportions created by 1 person and all over a telephone sets.

In other news Holmes is still a cant but is genuinely having a crack in the US.
The Ors have set themselves up as the international draft link to the NFL.
Any team signing a player managed by the Orrs should be wRy of this.

Club do things right and he can’t touch us. Will argue we were going to re-sign him and were happy he was our 2019 coach until his own wrongdoings became apparent. He could sue the Nrl perhaps but he will get nowhere with that.

Well
Yes he did
However that is not to say the Sharks club
didn’t put him in that position .

He’ll sue the Sharks for absolute sure.

Lol.

Then one of the million people who saw him with players at a certain cafe will pipe up.

Does anyone care if Kyle leaves?

Not unless he goes good elsewhere then it'll be brought up forever and a day that we let him go. Like all the JAC fans that popped up when he went good at Storm 2-3 years after leaving..

Personally I dunno yet. He's a very young halfback and they take time.

JAC was good instantly. We blew that one.

Fast is all he was with trouble to boot. Plenty of spuds have been phenoms playing wing for Melbourne. I wouldn't get too carried away.

He's a featherweight too which doesn't/didn't suit us with the emphasis we put on strong returns from our back 5.

Yeah but just because the NRL say he can’t do that doesn’t mean they can force it.
He could say it was his favourite coffee shop.
He can’t help who walks in and talks to him.
The NRL are not the cops

Flange wants to sue the club?
Is he going to use the "They did it first " defence???
Grow up.

There's an easy counter sue if he does,
Maybe his real involvement in the peptide scandal will be released.
His "I didn't do it" defence will be blown apart.
That has cost the club millions, it still is costing .
