Reminds me of Manly 2008, in terms of flicking the switch for the finals, and never looked like not winning the comp.

With the roosters you just gotta put your hand up and say its a well run club. People talk about TPAs and all that but they are also in a crowded market compared with say the Broncos.

This is an amazing team. The extra gear they have is ridiculous

You have a good hard look at the talent in that Easts lineup, it is a dream team that cannot be assembled with the current salary cap. TPAs need to be reigned in, as it is unfair across the board. And take note that Souths are a top 4 side. So how does a top 4 side,with missing only one player, get hammered? That is how far the gap is even between the top 4 side, and to a larger extent,the top 8. We shouldn't be having a finals series with lop sided scores like this. It just exposes the unevenness in the competition.

Maybe if your team didn’t overpay players like Merrin and Tamou you’d have a valid point.
