Adam Reynolds must be the halfback and his job is to kick. The real problem is NSW don’t really have a dominant half that can take control of an Origin game. Not since Daley, Fittler and Johns has this been the case.I'm a Cody fan but anyone who thought having Cody, a horrendously out of form Cleary and Wighton as your halves options couldn't have expected much more than what we got.
Interesting to see what the options are now with a MIA HIA Keary, a brokeback Reynolds and in and out Pearce and Maloney.

Gallons settlers were the benchmark of the competitionGallen has never single handedly won any game in his life
How many tackles thoCleary has now played 4 origins for 0 tries, 0 try assists, 0 linebreaks, 0 linebreak assists and 1 forced dropout. "Solid, did his job".

It's in the opinion of the ref, so it is impossible for a penalty try call to be incorrect.I guess the Gillette no penalty try call was right. Even if he fielded the ball cleanly he may have been hit by a meteorite

They changed the rule a couple of years ago, Champ. That is why you are seeing them a lot more now.I'll explain the post for you buddy.
Going by the rule there can be no such thing as a penalty try.
It is impossible to ever be 100% sure.
A tornado, asteroid, sniper even a crocodile attack could prevent a player from ground the ball however small the possibility.
I am 100% sure however that if the opposition was in that position the try would have been awarded.
Now I'm concerned Latrell will get bumped 30 out chasing a kick and a penalty try will follow just because the dipshit in the bunker is 100% sure. It was complete bullshit pure and simple

The rule now is the ref awards the penalty try if he thinks a try would have been scored. Doesn't have to be 100%, just more likely than not. That's why they can never be wrong, the rule is written that way.
Only if you were the ref.It was more likely than not he was going to score which in turn makes the decision incorrect

They were both better players so not that much of a surprise they are better coaches
Yeah nah
Thanks for the bite.
At least you took the time very polite of you
Come on Champ. You won the game merkin you just be the internet contender for once?
