agreed. Sunday afternoon metro figure is never much higher. The afl figure wasn’t much better. Our fox was much higher than theirs. Swings and roundabouts.

The only thing holding Fox back (IMO) is the boys club shit in Matty Johns shows (I even find Professor more tolerable); and some of the less intelligent commentators. Anasta, Blocker come to mind

The Production, Sound and lighting from Fox is a million times miles better then Nein.
Fox just builds a better atmosphere. When I have to watch Nein, it’s boring.

When you get 3 Sunday FTA games in a row of a bottom 4 team, you’re driving fans away. Any rugby League fan In vic, SA or WA is watching on fox. Putttilng the game on replay and shortened at midnight if you’re lucky for years will do that to an audience!

The AFL know how to use leverage in negotiations with TV networks.. I’m sure 7 aren’t over the moon getting clobbered in the ratings every time the Suns and Giants play in Qld and Sydney but they are forced to suck it up..

Seems like TV networks don’t want Perth in the NRL and the NRL have no stomach to challenge them..

Are you using a google chromecast? I was having issues but bought the more expensive chromecast. All good now.
