The Tele had something about a sponsor re-signing in a cutprice deal. Hopefully it’s us if there isn’t other options out there. I’d much rather us have a sponsor on there paying less than usual instead of the Best and Less jersey.

Probably the truth is along the lines of Opal downgrading their position to either sleeve or somewhere on the back (all are available) instead of the front price hence are downgrading their sponsorship rather than a headline of staying they are staying on board after their budget has been cut and sponsoring a different position which the club has already stated. Doesn't sound as dramatic and/or serious though and a missed opportunity so dig the knife is if they do promote it with a negative spin.

I cant see how we are having issue landing sponsor, isn't Bazza doing his job, how about all his contacts in market place wasnt with some role Harvey Norman, we have guy on board from Star City i believe where are all his contacts to work on for a sponsor, Canberra are sponsored by company which is basically headed up by the chinese Govt, why dosent Bazza look at those style of companies wanting a foot in door, the bloody saudi govt has list of companies, i am sure one of them is looking to sponsor, or how about all these streaming services wanting to advertise, i honestly believe Bazza came cheap, wouldnt rock the boat and already puppet of NRL

wow no southern cross stadium either and looking at past jerseys it means no one the sleeve, no sponsor on the back across the shoulders or under number, no sponsor on the front besides that xbladz company, no sponsor where that building company used to be in middle chest which was i think woolooware bay and dont see that plumbing company and hydralyte on that sponsor list to

a couple of trades I sub with complained about a 45% price hike to a corporate area they get when playing saint merge or manly and makes me wonder if losing all these sponsors is the reason for the price hike
