Kurt’s discourse about his rams continues to be one of the more hilarious things on this board 😄

if I didn’t know better, I’d swear he’s 13 haha

Such a humble winner Kurt haha

my winning rant wasn't directed towards you or any of the good folk here.

just the losers over there telling everyone how they were gonna make the stadium like their home ground and were assured of victory due to their 6 straight wins. that includes dumbo samuels. his crying face needs to replace michael jordan's in all those memes.

Thats how it was in the first game as well. A few adjustments and next thing. That said Chiefs are covering chase well, so it's up to others to step up to make the Chiefs think twice. Burrow has other options that are not chase.
What can I say, other than congratulations to you and your team. When I left this morning the Bengals TE had gone off for the game and the Chiefs had just scored their third TD, never suspected that would also by their last of the day. The way they came out in that second half reminded me of last years SB. Mahome's throw's were a little off, passes getting dropped and under pressure with no where to throw the ball.

Gotta give credit the Bengals Defence for stopping the Chiefs juggernaut. Chiefs couldn't get their juggernaut started up again. Bengals also showing that their have a few more strings to the bow on offense the just chase with Higgens stepping up.
I'm certainly not saying they can't win it. They've proven me wrong twice this playoffs and have a defense creating turnovers up against and offense who have had turn over problems of their own. Going to be a great game.

Congrats to the Rams as well. They kept the game a little more interesting than they'd have liked, but in the end Jimmy G crumbled like a deck of cards. The 49ers had something going mid way through the 4th qtr and then just shut the passing game down and the Rams shut the running game down.

I don't think Rodgers wants any part of the AFC. Mahomes, Burrow, Allen, Lamer Jackson will be back, Herbert, Tua.
Yeah ok, I threw Tua in to see if anyone was still paying attention.
That’s such an idiot American way of thinking…

im not having a go at you mate… I’ve seen a heap of experts this week talk about how much of a negative it is taking the Raiders or the Bronco’s jobs because the AFC West is stacked with the QB’s…

to me that’s such a pussy American way of thinking… it’s so different from the mindset down here which is more steel sharpens steel.. and that regular competition against the best will only make you better.

I’ve just never understood that pussy ass attitude…

I promise you Aaron Rodgers is not sitting here tonight thinking "AFC West? I gotta go through Mahomes, Herbert, Burrow, Allen and Jackson? No thanks!"

Na, he's about to be crowned as the back to back MVP. He goes to Denver and he's thinking "Mahomes, Herbert, Burrow, Allen and Jackson have got to go through me. Good luck"

Right or wrong, rational or irrational... that's the nature of these sports stars. You dont get to this level without being arrogent in your own abilities. Rodgers absolutely thinks he's the best QB in the league and can out do any of those dudes.

True. Fair call.
The Bengals I think were battle hardened being in a tough division. Nothing has phased them in playoff and running a gauntlet of tough teams possibly helped.

In that same way Rodgers playing against top tier young QB's may have the same benefit. Being a lot more battle hardened come playoffs. Needing to produce without a safety net.

It’s all good… I know what you meant…

And as I said… I see the experts say the same thing too… I just shake my head at that attitude…

to steal from the nature boy…

Getting a little peeved at all this talk of AFC West QB's and the best one being left out.

In saying all of that, where in the NFC could Rogers go and compete for a ring? 49ers have to be back on the tables after that Jimmy G meltdown. Them and the Bucs (if Brady retires) are about the only options.

What would the niners do with Trey Lance then?
Feels like for better or worse, the Niners have to go all in on Lance next year... unless they can trade him for like 2 firsts to someone like Atlanta to offset the cost of rodgers?

Yeah good question. Not sure what sort of deal they would get for him but maybe the whole NFL South would be interested. If you are the 49ers though, and you just lost a heartbreaker NFCCG, you go get Rodgers if he is available no questions asked.

he can think whatever he likes. the reality is completely different in the playoffs. hasn't outdone anyone for over a decade.

gonna be a great game.

can the bengals work out a way to keep burrow upright all game? if so their receiving corps is some kind of scary.

can the bengals keep the rams offense in check? if stafford starts the game hot i don't think so. the only way they win is if stafford has one of his off days. otherwise they're gonna have to keep up and it's very hard when stafford is on.

Will just have to wait and see won't we. Seems like the story I've heard all season long, yet here we are.

Funny thing is that the Rams have gone all in for this year, if you don't win, it's not going to stay together long before you have to blow it all up again.

that's funny. everyone has been saying the same thing since 2016.

the rams mortgaged their future. the rams are going all in.

and yet here they are.

nothing is mortgaged if you have people that know what they're doing.
