Aramax, sponsor for two* years.

*lol

Given Aramax is not some small local company but:

"An international organisation (HQ Dubai) which operates in 65 countries and delivers to 220 nations around the world, Aramex has more than 12,000 offices, 33,000 vehicles and 66,000 employees globally."

2 years (+2 option) so it is just the beginning..........

must hurt living in the past like when you had a team that wasn’t merged to follow

Even the 'Steelers' major Sponsor had to merge to survive in 2008.

"St.George Bank is an Australian bank with its headquarters in Sydney. Since a 2008 merger, the bank has been part of Westpac, having previously been an independent legal entity. In 2010 St.George was deregistered as a company and ceased to be a standalone authorised deposit-taking institution."

LOL, I love how triggered these precious Sharks fans get over their basket case club.

1.2 stars. Such excellent brand synergy. Both doing their best to go out of business.
Likewise we love how triggered every other teams fans get when we seal a deal when you all think we are going broke year after year.

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Members and fans have spoken, and we’ve listened!

In response to popular demand, the Sea Eagles are bringing back the traditional white playing shorts this year.

Coinciding with the Club’s 75th year celebrations, the white shorts will now be worn throughout the 2021 season with the home (predominantly maroon) jersey and also with some special jerseys that will soon be released.

It’s the first time since 2016 that the white shorts will be worn.

The traditional white shorts have a long and proud history, with Manly wearing white shorts with a maroon jersey for their inaugural premiership match against the Western Suburbs Magpies on April 12, 1947.

The Sea Eagles have also worn the white shorts in five of the club’s eight Grand Final victories, including the last one in 2011.

Manly half-back Daly Cherry-Evans welcomed the news.

It is fantastic to hear we are returning to the traditional white shorts
- Daly Cherry-Evans

"It is part of who we are, the maroon and the white, it is our heritage and has been since our first season in 1947.

“This season is such an important year for the club, both on and off the field, being our 75th year and to know we will be running out at Lottoland in the white shorts again makes it even more special.”

Sharks have no sponsor - “sharks are so shit they can’t even get a sponsor. Just fold”

Sharks secure a 2 year sponsorship with a global company - “2 years*”, “top tier sponsor no doubt (referring to a service rating, who cares)”, “will deliver a spoon in 2 to 5 years”.

Hurts doesn’t it.

Great to see them get a decent company sponsor. Hopefully there’ll be no stupid players or club disasters and they keep them for a while.

I think "disappointed" is more accurate

But yeah nah good sponsor pick up

As for "how are they still in business with such a low rating?" - still better than auspost, that's how

Guys, can we please keep it to jerseys here?

Sure it's kinda fun to watch fans of one suburban club bag another suburban club (and vice versa)... especially for us in cities without NRL clubs - but it's pulling this thread off course a bit.

There's a place for that, and it's called the expansion forum ;)

Finally!! The jersey has all of a sudden come to life. Now they just need to make the rear top half of the away jersey maroon to match the front.
