I’d be petrified that he ends up at Souths, Roosters or the New Brisbane team when they come in, he’s going to be 800+ easily now.

His best Origin game imo. I still think he owes the club a ton. His performances are inconsistent at club level and he has a bad clanger in him too. Still lacking a bit of aggression at club level too for mine. Definitely a great game for him tonight.

Jacob on the other hand might go looking for a starting spot elsewhere. Personally I think they should be our permanent starting props now and for the next 5+ years

I think he will take Klemmer's soon enough. I think we should do everything to keep both brothers here for life.

He already got that redemption in 2019.

If Cleary is out then it's a good opportunity to reward another half who's been in good form.

I’m actually glad that KP didn’t play in these two origin games. QLD have been absolutely bashed in both games and I don’t think KP would have been able to do that much to stop it and at least he has had time to heal and won’t come back with his confidence shot.

Yeah QLD have been completely outgunned. He would have been invaluable had the games been close and only some attacking brilliance was needed to separate the two teams, but all Ponga would have achieved this series is a 76-18 score line instead.

I think Moses should get a go, I think in terms of playing style he's probably the most similar to Cleary as someone who has a good kicking game but also takes on the line where Reynolds is just purely an organiser and Pearce's kicking game is sub par. I think also Moses is the right age where if we blood him now he can be a viable back up for the next 3 or 4 years should Cleary be unable again

Can't see why Pearce would even get a look in. He is old and coming off a long term injury and was part of our worst run ever. Can't see what he would add.

I reckon they will go with Luai/Whighton and bring Moses onto the bench.
