'All registered rugby league players in Victoria in 2021 will receive a free four-game Storm membership while parents or guardians of registered junior players can also purchase an adult four-game membership for $20 – a saving of almost $80.'
Storm and NRL Victoria launch Storm Junior League
As we celebrate the return of community rugby league in Victoria, a new partnership between Melbourne Storm and NRL Victoria will see all junior rugby league competitions across the state (from Under 6 to Under 12) rebranded as the ‘Storm Junior League’.
Around 3000 I believe, though NRL has stopped reporting useful data so not 100% sure these days.

Yeah memberships shouldn't count to the tally unless they are paid for by the customer.

True Roosters Break Membership Record in 2021!
Much like your Sydney Roosters have risen in the face of adversity week on week this season, over 17,201 True Roosters have stood up in tough times to smash the Club’s all-time Membership record in 2021.
Great result given the COVID climate. The new stadium next year could be a reasonfor this.
Numerous memberships generated in Qld.
For the Roosters, their marketing was aimed at loyalty. Fans that retain or join up now will be rewarded when the new stadium opens. I’m assuming that means decent seats or access to better facilities.
Perth Red knows his club is as dodgy as hell so he just assumes that every other club is the same.
Not alot of people go to Sydney RL games.
A lot more Sydneysiders go to RL games then for the midgets
