Noticed the Souths v Sharks game at SFS is on the same day as semi between Swans v Collingwood at the SCG.All remaining games looking good for sellouts with the exception of the Accor Prelim which should crack 40-60k depending on opponent.

No AFL 4.45pm while the NRL is 8pm.Is it the same time though?
Well Sydney couldn’t get 20k of each club to turn out today but you expect afl heartland to be able to get more? I agree Storm should be as popular as the swans, and one day the nrl might actually get at good at its job as afl is and then we will see it.There was a single AFL team playing, In a city of 5m people. Getting 30k to the NRL shouldn't of been an issue
How many NRL clubs would draw 30K week one against an out of town team? I agree the storm should be able to sell out their stadium for finals games but they are held to a totally different standard to the rest of the NRL.There was a single AFL team playing, In a city of 5m people. They are doing well.. compared to recent non covid years anyway.I hate posts like this....just when I think NRL crowds in the heartlands are doing well.

Swans fans will be exiting just as a lot of Souths and Cronulla supporters would be turning up for the game.No AFL 4.45pm while the NRL is 8pm.
First part of your question, I‘d say Tahs members not likely to go to a rugby league game. Second part, it’s guaranteed money whether people show up or not is my guess. So why do members not sure up and why are they members.
Should make the sfs members confirm next week f**k em
4.45pm for the derps & misses & 8pm for the NRLNoticed the Souths v Sharks game at SFS is on the same day as semi between Swans v Collingwood at the SCG.
Yes i think that is pretty fair. Annoying though they wouldn't let the club cards into the members for this game, only the Gold member and guest card, i can understand that for the opening of the stadium but all finals matches at the old SFS have allowed club cards into the game, even the sellout 2018 final against Souths. I would have been in the members for this game but only have the guest card and two club cards so would only admit one so i got tickets in the outer for me and my partner. Much better system for those who want to go the Swans final this Saturday, all tickets are through ticketek even for the members. There wasn't an empty seat in the house yesterday except for the SFS members area. They should have to confirm by 10am Monday if they're attending otherwise their tickets go on sale to the general public.
Light rail should get a good workout on SaturdayNoticed the Souths v Sharks game at SFS is on the same day as semi between Swans v Collingwood at the SCG.
Plus those 3 Cronulla fans who couldn't get a ticket to the week 1 finalIf we’re fair dinkum that south’s game should be a f**king huge crowd. Seriously if you’re a south’s fan and not heading out to the game next week I don’t know what gets you in.
Not really sure especially with the new stadium, you could book seats in there with your membership for $20 each, from what i heard once that allocation was exhausted there were 5,000 seats left for anyone who didn't have a reserved seat. How many seats are allocated for members?

Also you can downplay it all you want but the AFL is the undisputed number 1 in Victoria and even amongst storm fans most follow the game in some way. When you have a 90K crowd across at the MCG that is going to take away attention from any other sports being played.
