Great crowd, great atmosphere, great stadium, exactly what nrl should be!
the noise in that first 20mins was deafening. Shame Cleary was a dck and spoiled the rest of the game.

It was.

Obviously they didn't all show up and/or scan their tickets corerectly on the way in...
Nah, tickets were still being sold at the gate and there were seats dotted all over the stadium empty. Great crowd though and atmosphere first half was awesome. Probably loudest game nrl game ive been to in australia in that first half.

Ok - well socials put out yesterday an announcement that it was SOLD OUT.

That is all I am going off. Perhaps people were collecting their pre-paids? Or people cancelled and tickets were up for sale again? Or I read the socials wrong?

Did you enjoy your first trip to the ground? Hope you found a nice spot for a drink pre game

Yeh was great thanks. Stadium was excellent and the big crowd made it a great experience. Got chatting to a few fans who were all up for a natter on Perths chances!
Enjoyed visiting Peter wynns and stocking up on storm merch, and had a chat with the man. That was fun.
I was surprised by the lack of pubs/bars, around parra, all I could find was restaurants. I did find one, the Royal I think it was called Near the stadium.
Parra council could do with improving the walk from the restaurant area to the stadium, they could create a great experience along the river side but at moment it’s very dark and a bit iffyl especially under the bridges lol
Shame they haven’t developed the river bank like chicago, missed opportunity there To better use a nice space.
cracking venue though and the best mid size RL stadium I’ve been to. Other Sydney clubs need to use it more Imo!

A crowd of that size in perfect conditions between 2 in form sides in the modern day is unacceptable. Capacity aside ( thats the sharks fault for allowing development to reduce the size of the ground to a NSW cup venue.
Should have & would have drawn over 20K 5 years ago so its not a dig at sharks fans , they're there , they don't have a venue they can all attend for games like that & thats as i said ... unacceptable

so theres another 17 or 18K at newie to watch an all bottom 4 clash...

If the knights players matched the heart their fans have , they'd be as successful as the Storm have been in the last 20 years

sadly they don't even go close
effort guys , thats all Knights fans want & they turn up each week patiently waiting for it ...
