an aflol team inflating a crowd ... well I never !!Got the figure off ausstadiums they’re usually spot on with the official crowds. Maybe it was swans Twitter or something that gave the 12k figure

i think if the NRL had stuck to its guns & everyone knew that finals weren't being played anywhere else , then we'd of fixed this already.I somewhat agree with this, however it was only a few years ago they did this and teams like Manly and Cronulla were pulling 12K to their week 1 finals at the SFS. Is this what you want?
If it's an all Sydney final then yes I'd expect one of the bigger venues to be used. But for week 1 V an out of town team I'd rather a packed suburban ground. This wouldn't be such an issue if Shark Park's capacity wasn't 12K.
Surely sub 10k at Commbank
the home mob got beaten by 66 last week in case you missed it & are on track for the wooden spoonSurely sub 10k at Commbank
Yeh I’m sure people are falling over themselves to go watch these two bludgers play haha, would have sold out a suburban ground no doubt, well would have if that ground had a sub 10k capacity!but but everyone will turn up
Just need to put games on there
Finals rules should be as followsI remember the days where every finals game was at the SFS, no one complained and you had a number of neutral fans turn up.
It was in fact 8,264...sooooooooIt was 12k not 5k so your eyes are dogshit
Sorry you're mistakenOnly you and the miserable sad sack PR would complain about 3 Finals sell outs
The 4th in Roosters v Souffs will be 35-40k
Great result for RL

Once again you miss the point totally. No just some games are duds. The venue plays very little in it
Sorry you're mistaken
Once again you miss the point totally.
Would the game get more at a sht suburban ground? No. so are the fans attending getting a better experience? Yes. Knowing they had a lot of spare capacity Could the tigers have done something to get more there? Yes. Will tigers have sold more corporate packages than if at a sht suburban ground? Yes.
there is literally no advantage to todays game being at a suburban dump.
at least there are decent corporate facilities at parramatta ,I am sure the corporates from inner Sydney or Campbelltown are flocking to Parramatta
seat in the ends at Newie & Im happy to have them host any game there except the GF of courseFinals rules should be as follows
In week 1:
Sydney clubs can play at Commbank/SFS
Brisbane and Dolphins can play at Suncorp
Titans at Cbus
Knights at McDonald Jones
Cowboys at QCB
Storm at AAMI
Raiders at GIO
Warriors at Mt Smart
Then week 2-3:
Sydney clubs and Newcastle Accor/SFS
Brisbane, Dolphins and Titans at Suncorp
Raiders at GIO (too far from Sydney)
Cowboys at QCB (too far from Brisbane)
Storm at AAMI/Marvel
Warriors at Mt Smart/Eden Park
Grand Final always in Sydney (and Magic Round should always be Brisbane)
Newy should at least be able to play at home week 2 or 3 they have 30000 capacity more than Canberra or North Queensland. And it’s two hours to Sydney.Finals rules should be as follows
