Great to see the Perth Pelican use this thread to criticise Sydney rather than talk about stadiums.
On topic:
A 3rd major stadium somewhere in the west, be it Liverpool or Campbelltown fits in with NSW long term '3 cities' philosophy.

Eastern Harbour and Central River is covered, only a stadium in Western Parkland to go.

Actually so distracted by Perth Pelicans constant derailing that I didn't realise this was the crowd thread.

Less than 1,000 general public tickets available for ANZAC Day now. Restricted view tickets released in Categories 1 and 2, still fewer than 150 general public tickets available in the Tier 4 eastern grandstand. A week to go. Weather forecast 16-23 with a shower or two.

I'm optimistic this could be a new record crowd at Allianz 2.0.

Really encouraging sales at AAMI Park for the Storm v Warriors ANZAC Day clash

All green & yellow bays are down to single seats only, same with all sideline bays.

The reserve seats behind the posts (light purple) are also down to single seats, whilst corner bays have been sold out.

The improved form of the Warriors is certainly helping this game. Warriors next home game against the Roosters I'd also selling very strongly and on track for another capacity crowd provided the club continues its gritty playing style.

This game usually gets a lot of GA walk ups when the other code finishes across the road too

If Souths move out, Accor could be made less sterile and a proper home for the Dogs. Deck it out in blue and white, make it more than just a little sign that says "The Kennel"

And give them more day games, its less cavernous in the daytime from personal experience.

Trust me, if we leave Accor to GWS it'll be funny at first, until they grow to the size of the Swans. Remember, the Swans were a complete flop of a club until the event the "ball" mob call "plugger's point", then their average went from 9,000 in 1994 to 35,000 in 1997. Basically they went from being free ticket flops and South Melbourne fans to a massive one team town club.

Like the Storm in Melbourne, the sport grew, and they now have a lot of "secondary support" from AFL fans who also take an interest in league.

Not many people in Sydney actually support the AFL primarily, but many league fans now take a secondary interest, especially in the Eastern Suburbs and North Sydney.

DON'T LET THEM HAVE ACCOR, IT'S A BAD IDEA

MAKE IT THE DOGS' HOME!!!!

First three games might get more but not a lot more. Rest look fine.

That is the Penrith was chosen, It has a tennant and is in the middle of the outer West.

Long drive from Windsor to Campbelltown for example
