Don’t forget the 10 million who’ll attend every png game!Perth would average a billion trillion
What 10 million? It's 10 gazillionDon’t forget the 10 million who’ll attend every png game!
I agree. The NRL needed to price it a bit different because the sidelines look to be alarming. Such a hard sell even if the tickets were cheap. It's an elimination final against a pretty keen rival and their big papers and media down there couldn't give a rats. The Herald Sun has NRL below (but not limited to); UFC, American Sports, Soccer, Netball, 'Sport Insights', and 'Sport Investigation'. The Age is pretty much the same.
They'll flip the script if the stadium is half full - it'll be front page. If I worked in PR at the NRL I would have seen this coming and went out to Rugby Clubs and primary schools with about 10,000 printed tickets.
Anyway, I think it will be loud and a good watch.
Alternatively the NRL could have grown a set and moved the fixture to tomorrow night. Channel 9 would have sooked but we could have moved a women's game in to the slot and given them some monetary compensation.
Not really. They are professional players, 6 days recovery is nothing new. Then you need to do the same next week

wouldn't you need a bigger pair to go head to head with the AFL rather than move the game?Alternatively the NRL could have grown a set and moved the fixture to tomorrow night. Don't do drugs kids.I'm hoping oneday the NRL grows some balls and move the Storm to Perth where they'll guarantee sell outs every home game. They've been in Vic for donkeys and still can't sell out tonight, what a joke of a state, and a joke of a sport they have down there, even my work colleagues can't understand why they get big crowds. They even say to me they've never seen so much drop ball in their lives and yet people love it, they must be wierd bunch down in Vic.

Would love them to go back to this. Better for crowds, allows us to own Sunday, works better when catering for the Warriors, among other things.Or week 2 and 3 should revert back to Sat night/ Sun afternoon. The GF is on a Sunday.
It's probably the same one you're takingDon't do drugs kids.
I don't need drugs, I am a raiders supporter. It's probably the same one you're taking
Could be worse you could be a Tigers oneI don't need drugs, I am a raiders supporter.
Melb pricing is dumb, they charge 2.5 times more fore sideline and cant sell them. They should be filling that stand opposite the camera first!Categories 1 & 2 in Melbourne are selling poorly. Category 3 behind the posts is selling really well.
Price is clearly the factor here.
Its a price thing! You'd think they'd learn.Ends always seem to fill there, must be a Melbourne thing
Im guessing this is a wind up? You do know they are in the top 5 for tv audience, crowds and memberships dont you lolI'm hoping oneday the NRL grows some balls and move the Storm to Perth where they'll guarantee sell outs every home game. Yes I remember when they had over 40k members last year I think, but that was all for free.Im guessing this is a wind up? You do know they are in the top 5 for tv audience, crowds and memberships dont you lol
You do know the avg for most nrl clubs is lower right? And Storm get no boost in crowd avg from away fans like most clubs do.Yes I remember when they had over 40k members last year I think, but that was all for free.
So what are the Membership Numbers for this year? Since it's not free?
Judging by someone on here he said the club has posted 20k averages for the first time this year, so it took bloody 24 years wow weeee. So what's the ticket sales for tonight? i bet it's disappointing? Since the other rubbish gets a sell out across the road.
