The problem with having a top 8. You end up with a low quality, mistake riddled finals game like the one between Wynnum and Pride today. Neither team really deserved to win and both did there utmost not to. It was appropriate it was eventually settled with the worst looking field goal attempt that somehow managed to scrape over. Pride previously had three attempts, none of which went close and none made the dead ball line.

The Gulls should be easy meat for Souths next week.
