Ofc they would , while theyd ask the Wahs where they want to play it .. the NRL could choose Eden park as they control the finals.

if they finish 2nd & play at home in week 1
I'd play that at Eden too , they'd be playing the Broncos or Storm ..... would push a sellout & the prelim would on its ear

stick it fair up wugby yawnions arse
I would have week 1/2 final at Mt Smart
would they still have the extra seating then?

Probably up to the club whether they retain it. Would likely cost them as I assume it’s hired by the NZRU currently and they’ll stop paying for it after its needs for the union test.
Thing is the club probably don’t want the extra seats there before the finals as they’re unlikely to fill and they block the fanzone area

Those last 3 are doneski
Knights actually have an okay chance of making the 8 now.

Eels have a tough run home and likely won't make it, Souths to take their spot. Sharks are probably finished. Leaving 1 spot for Knights/Manly/Roosters. Knights have a 1 point advantage over Roosters and a huge F/A advantage over Manly.

Relevant run home:

Sharks [26] - Panthers (A), Souths (A), Titans (H), Cowboys (A), Knights (A), Raiders (H)
Eels [24] - Storm (A), Dragons (H), Broncos (A), Roosters (H), Panthers (A), Bye
Souths [24] - Tigers (A), Sharks (H), Dragons (H), Knights (A), Bye, Roosters (H)
Knights [23] - Raiders (A), Dolphins (A), Dogs (H), Souths (H), Sharks (H), Dragons (A)
Manly [23] - Dragons (A), Roosters (A), Panthers (H), Warriors (A), Dogs (A), Tigers (H)
Roosters [22] - Broncos (A), Manly (H), Dolphins (H), Eels (A), Tigers (H), Souths (A)

Predicted points (aka completely guessing)

Sharks; 4 - 6 points
Eels; 4 - 6 points
Souths; 10 - 12 points. Easiest run home of the lot
Knights; 6 - 8 points
Manly; 6 - 8 points
Roosters; 6 - 8 points

Will be a lot tighter around that 7th - 8th position than expected. I didn't check the Cowboys but they might be fighting it out for the bottom 2 spots as well.

New top 8 just dropped. Here's how the season will finish.

View attachment 77258

This one’s wild. Can’t see any of the Roosters/Knights/Manly making the finals let alone all 3 (sadly as a Knights fan). Have left their runs a bit late.

Definitely can’t see Raiders finishing top 2 and the Broncos in 5th. Raiders would have to win 2 more games than Brisbane playing 3 top 8 teams while Broncos have a bye.

I like that you’ve posted this after beating the side sitting 13th. Well done 👍
I reckon the top 4 is about locked in though, it’ll be Panthers, Broncos, Warriors, Storm in that order unless something odd happens. 5-8 is still a bit more open, I reckon the Bunnies will push the Sharks or Eels out.

First 3 definitely. Not sure about the Storm though. Comprehensively outplayed by the Knights after having a good lead. If the Raiders continue to get a few more arsey wins, Souths get their shit together or Cowboys continue their roll I could see Storm going down to 6th or 7th.
