So that means there's only 5 million thing fans in Australia. But I bet alot of NRL fans watched yesterdays thing also, which would have boosted the ratings.

So in reality, if you combine Queensland and NSW together there's over 13 million Rugby League fans, more then half of Australia are in Rugby League territory's.
On the ratings for tonight, will be excluding the millions who don't get counted like in pubs, clubs, casinos, and the 30+ people in every household. And I know every joint will be packed for tonight's game, I only wish we could count them towards the ratings coz the numbers would be mind boggling.

I'm pretty pissed off I couldn't get tickets for my mates for tonight's game, but they'll be watching at the casino.

Who ever is going to todays game bring your own food and water, coz as we know the stadium kiosks are a absolute freaking rip off.

Go the Bronx xxxxx

We are the people's team... of course everyone will be watching

It is data. It is from Sky. The data is unspecified, and given its the ONLY data this year Im quite entitled to query what exactly that data means. Because for whatever reason, unfortunately my data is relied upon by people outside this forum.

And if i tried this shit with the AFL, Id be rightfully lynched by anyone with basic knowledge of how ratings actually work.
You are right, you are entitled to do what you want. Doesn't change the fact that Sky reported 700k watching the Warriors in NZ

I agree with him that he can do whatever he wants with his data. I don't care, I don't follow it, but we as RL fans need to push back on the narrative that the AFL are killing us in the finals ratings... sure, if you take all the the ratings for one of our teams out you are.
Or just say “in Australia”

I'm curious is Wookie a Afl fan? Or NRL? I have my doubts
What he is is presenting is available evidence. His data he works hard to keep as clean as possible, people on here wanting him to extrapolate viewing figures based on virtually no data to make myopic rugby league fans feel better are cuckoo.

I’m ok with doing australia minus wa and Adelaide

we have the figures for those

16 nrl teams vs 16 afl teams
Yeh because wa and sa are not in australia and don’t have reliable data on tv audiences lol
you’re cooked.

Wait so you are happy with excluding a major region where afl has no team and leagues does really well but still include two afl areas with no nrl teams ?

let’s just compare 16 vs 16 and see who wins

Hey dingbat, Sky announced 700k watched the Wahs and million watched the ABs, dont you think that's enough evidence? Or are we calling Sky liars?
