Notable that the Regional/Metro ratio for women's RL is always higher than the men's game. Not far off 1-to-1 for Jillaroos v Kiwi Ferns.

Probably a reflection of stronger participation rates in regional areas. Interesting to see the regional figures broken down. Wouldn't be a surprise if higher ratings mapped onto regions with big League Tag comps. Likewise the metro figures for the area covered by the Cronulla JRL.

Shows that participation is integral to growth in the NRL fanbase. And PVL and Abdo are right that RL should be delivered as a contact/non-contact package.
