We know that Kayo isnt working with it yet. Although they say Foxtel is.
This is likely to be favourable to the AFL. We learnt last year that VOZ included Tasmania and WA regionals that were not previously included in consolidated totals - you can see this in Origin ratings releases over last season, we had to keep updating lol. Given these areas favour the AFL, there will be likely be some small impact there. Its worth noting that VOZ gave an extra 100k over the preliminary overnights to Sevens AFL coverage yesterday.

The other factor here is the elimination of previously duplicated areas - this is specifically noted in VOZ press releases - which likely means that the double counting of areas around the Gold Coast will be a thing of the past. As this is a primarily NRL territory, there will likely be a minor impact felt there. Its also worth noting that VOZ reported 6,000 fewer viewers for Sunday NRL than oztam preliminary ratings.
The debut of daily next-day Overnight VOZ data marks the start of a transition period for the industry to become accustomed to the VOZ data.
