Eleven consecutive years at a club so good it won back-to-back wooden spoons right before he joined? In the 11 years leading up to the start of Arthur's tenure (2003-2013) we only won 106 games. That's fewer than 10 games per year. In Arthur's 10 and a half years we won 135 games.
The question is whether Arthur's was better than the coaches who preceded him, or whether it coincided with the club growing in resources. The following table paints a pretty clear picture of what happened, and why we should be excited about the future:

The significant improvement post-2018 (under the same coach) points to a fundamental improvement in the club, and this is attributable to the new board and governance structure. Our resources are clearly growing, from the awesome new stadium the government built near our leagues club to the centre of excellence that is almost finished. Our club is finally catching up to our well resourced rivals. Ten years ago we were training on a f**king cricket pitch.
