Bronx were poor. Losing Piakure early obviously didn’t help but their forwards were completely dominated. Need to be able to adapt when someone goes down and they didn’t.

Both teams attack has looked pretty awful tbh. You’d think the Broncos will click with more games. Despite the stacked roster the Roosters haven’t clicked for 4 years so less likely. Still though well done to them, handled the occasion better than the Broncos who tbh were trash.
These two sides know how to defend which is more than can be said for the previous game.

Expecting both sides to be top 4 in defence so wouldn't read too much in to attack at this stage.

He’s great to watch good or bad but tbh he’s one speed reducing injury away from not being anything super special.

I’ve never seen hype go to someone’s head so fast either.
Trouble with having Walsh and Mam in the same side is that they are two brilliant 5/8s playing in the same side. IMO Walsh is not a fullback in a defensive sense, so he has glaring problems reading the attack.

Thought the roosters were excellent, very professional. Forwards were great and Teddy/Keary played their best games in a couple of years. Interesting to see if they can keep it up.

Broncos losses were severely under rated. As someone else mentioned their pack is a bit vanilla, Fleglers a huge loss. Walsh, Mam and Reynolds were all poor. They’ll come good and considering what I saw from souths earlier I’d expect them to rack up a score in a fortnight when they get back to suncorp.
