Hastings has grit. I like him. Always involved and not afraid to take the game on. Every team needs a player like that, even more if he's in the halves. If you can combine that with the skill of Ponga on the back of some decent forwards it's not half bad.

No it’ll be alright. I don’t think we’ve got the worst of the weather. We’ve had a few heavy showers but it’s been off and on. They might reschedule NSW Cup though.

Yeah. Pretty much.

Hastings just seems like the kind of guy who loves to compete and hates losing. Obviously not the most talented but grit means a lot, especially in the wet.
