As much as AOB might be the lead contender if he was at any other club in any professional league anywhere in the world, he 100% won't be the first coach sacked this year ... or sacked at all this year. Wests Group, owners of the Knights, are not going to be paying him out to the tune of $2mil. I think they have stated as such.

So as much as he maybe SHOULD be leading this topic, he's off the table.

I tend to agree with this. Clubs will say they "back the coach" but if something is pretty toxic, they pretty much have no choice but to sack the coach.

We've already signed Robson who is one of the best hookers in the comp, we're apparently the frontrunners for DCE, lots of talented youth coming through, it feels like 2026 will be similar to 2018 and could result in a premiership win if all things go to plan.
