Those plucky Kiwi's are battling towards 200 at the moment I hear....4 million against a nation of 1 billion. Almost brings a tear to my eye. It's like Rourke's Drift all over again thinking about those gutsy bastards taking on the might of India and staggering towards a respectable total against all odds.

Lol we just beat South Africa instead.

Can New Zealand beat anyone?

This current Australian side would not get near SAfrica.

It would be far less of a contest than the last time SA went to AUstralia and beat you guys.

Now it would be a thrashing.

Tonearm - why no score updates on NZ in a while?

Im not sure England will win this game

Like at the Gabba, the wicket gets better and better for batting. As proven when Punter blasted an easy 50 not out off 40 odds at the Gabba, and he starts slowly and is out of touch in recent times

England got the best of the bowling conditions. Lets see how our 2nd dig goes when they will have nothing.

If poms win this game, considering the way the wicket is playing, then we are well and truly bottom of the barrell, until then lets see how we go

No friggin run outs please

Be interesting if the Perth deck will be a green top

Black Caps Suck

Losing 3-2 is not bad. Its not NZ's national sport. Plus there's only 4 million kiwis.

After 19 completed Chappel Hadlee matches its 10-9 to Australia. Of course this includes a rained out game that NZ was clearly going to win....

Anyone would think Australia would decimate NZ.... Clearly not.

And the onyl series white wash beloings to NZ.

Harris to Cook, FOUR, sweet timing! Cracked away through point, great exhibition of the square drive
The most runs by an England batsman between dismissals, surpassing the great Wally Hammond.

Cook is averaging 438 for the series. Not a bad effort that.

England will probably only want to bat once this game.

with due respect, at times we rested a lot of players during these series

Also (again with due respect) I think kiwis go up a kog against australia, whislt we go down a kog ie look further ahead, to a world cup or to a test match

I remember one year we got tanked against the poms at home in ODI series, and then the kiwis killed us (3-0 it may have been) BUT a few short months later we won the world cup, a memory and competition (to me anyway) more prestigious than a 3 gamer thats pits big brother v little brother mentality from the kiwis

But a good record for you lot nontheless, be proud
