That one stayed very low....

Cracking days cricket IMO. Genuine contest, and the pitch is awesome for mine.

We're in front slightly, but if we can put another 50-75 in the morning, with the way the pitch is seemingly getting spicier, India will be very unhappy

6/277

Hope we can bat well after lunch tomorrow, post 350+

But around 320 would be a good score

Why do these tards have to carry a dead possum around at every chance???

No wonder why we can’t win games of cricket.

Honours more or less even. We may be slightly ahead.

I think India would be worried with that variable bounce, especially since they’re six out all out.

Hazelwood is about 5 years overdue for a big bag of wickets.

This might be the pitch for the mother lode

With 300+ soon to be on the board in the first dig I reckon this Test is as good as over given the pitch.

India's batting depth is atrocious so it'll take a Pujara-Kohli masterclass to see them match Australia's total.

I think they make less than 200 and Australia win very well.

Yeah, 277/6 has Australia slightly ahead- a good toss to win. Fair play to Harris, Finch and Head to get them there, although of course it would have been great if one of them kicked on

Michael Vaughn made a good point last night

While people were bagging how some of us got out, he said on this deck you have to play those shots, it was the execution that got them undone. defending and not going for the bad balls on this deck is worse, cause of the unreliability of the deck at times you have to try and take what’s on offer and score runs

Someone like Pujara may not be as affective as he was if he plays his natural game.

The other denominator in all this, is of course we don’t bowl well and drop catches.

Hopefully by days end we have our foot on India’s throat leading into day 3.
