Starc's issue is that he seems to only have one pace. Can score some good runs when he's in a position to be aggressive, but I can't imagine him grafting it out on a consistent basis and you really need someone who can play either way batting at 6 or 7.

Top class 8 though and has the batting ability to go further if he wanted to.

I could never see him batting higher than 7 personally. Take away his aggressive approach and you take away half his strength as a batsman.
