what a captivating final day, almost the opposite of the first day. South Africa had been outplayed here and in Brisbane, but they have refused to give up and it has paid off. I have never been so excited about a draw.
So pleased with Faf's batting in both innings, so pleased with Morne in this match, there was a lot of pressure on his bowling in the first innings but he answered it and took 5 wickets. Smith's captaincy was ordinary, but he continues his impressive record of centuries and not losing. This test match was amazing for the way it played out, and went to show that it's not over til it's over and on this last day South Africa played to that very well. I think Australia were hurt by Pattinson's absence ...
Almost forgot to mention Steyn, he appears to have recovered from his illness and the fire is back, he should kill it in Perth, I expect a 5fer from Vernon in Perth too. Amla doesn't fail too many time in a row so he should produce runs in Perth. And I am really excited for Perth and still quite pumped from the finish to this test
