Raining at Johannesburg, not looking good for us..
I would say so.Raining at Johannesburg, not looking good for us..
Saffa's are probably thinking the same thing
Is the weather really that bad over there?A draw will give SAfrica the test series win, which is why I can live with that outcome, even though I am certain South Africa can win this test and that this weather (if play does commence today) will actually work in our favour.
I just think that's a record he deserved and I will be sad not to see him get it.
It's not THAT bad right now, but it is raining. I don't think any play today is overly likely to be honest. It's raining now and rain is forecast for the rest of the day. Thunderstorms from midday, I think that if there isn't play before lunch, there definitely won't be any play after. It's still kind of hot there though, so if the rain does let up we may get play for a while. Is the weather really that bad over there?
Is this mong even South Effrican??
11.35 am Firdose the optimistic has this: "It is getting lighter and rain is subsiding again. I can see a patch of blue sky as well. Looks better." Fingers crossed
11.15 am This is redefining bleakness now. The rain's got a little steadier, the weather is very cold.. It looks like it is getting lighter towards the north-west, so that's the only wisp of good news we have for the moment. Meanwhile, Morne Morkel is being a good guy and taking tea to the security guards standing around the pitch.
