to be fair, the officials consented to a photo with the guys wearing sbw masks. They weren't wearing them themselves. Unwise perhaps. That's about it
Yeah but it implies, correctly or otherwise, tacit approval of the masks and their message.
I don't agree that the masks are degrading towards women. I think if Warner hadn't carried on like a gherkin the masks wouldn't exist, so they are very clearly aimed at Davey and not his missus. But it's one thing for fans to have a dig at a player over a touchy subject, it's another for officials to pose like grinning idiots with those fans
But to call it s**t shaming you'd have to believe that there was a s**t involved....It might be aimed at Davey but his wife is in the crossfire - collateral damage at best.
It's like when Kygrios had a dig at Warwinka; saying that Kokkinakis slept with his missus.
The jibe might be pointed towards Warwinka but how does it make the woman feel?
The masks are borderline 's**t shaming' even if that's not their intention.
What about poor SBW's feelings?
Look, Sonny is an unbelievably talented human being and I probably wouldn't knock him back in the stalls at Coogee Bay after a skinful myself....but I'm not convinced he's bright enough to have feelings...
Philander?
Was he involved?
Rabada is proving to be a better no. 3 than Khawaja, I think he only needs 4 more runs to match Khawaja's total this series so far.
Khawaja is a bit like Scott Muller i.e. cant bowl, cant throw (for the young pups amongst us).Rabada is proving to be a better no. 3 than Khawaja, I think he only needs 4 more runs to match Khawaja's total this series so far.
