30 Rock

I watched it for the first time the other night, I thought it was pretty good... It's season 2 on fox at the moment (I think)... Anyone else watch it, im wondering if it's worth me buying the first season before I watch the second.

I've never actually watched it, but the ads on Foxtel make me think it'd be an alright show. I've had 'Kill the wabbit' song in my head for weeks because of these ads!

yeah been watching it on tv1 or whatever that channel is.. seems like a pretty good show so far.

I've seen three seasons of it, and I'm pretty impressed. Some of it is very clever and shoots by pretty quick. Judah Friedlander has got the stoner/movie buff type of humour thats appealing in these comedy shows. Never thought I'd say it, but I also quite like Alec Baldwin in it.

Its really clever and subtley brilliant - but its just not edgy at all.
I prefer my shows to push the boundaries a bit more.
30 Rock is good but its no arrested development

I agree.

I enjoy it but it's not on the same level as Arrested Development.

Im a big fan of A.D... I've never seen Curb Your Enthusiasm, may have to watch it.

Yeah I watched the first 2 seasons and thought it was pretty funny.

Alec Baldwin is great in it, same with Tina Fey and Jack McBryer.

the blonde chick is also another standout.

stacey (the dark fella) has his moments too.

not a-grade but still worth watching.

4th season starting this week or next week in US i think.

I think 30 Rock is a great show. Has its average episodes, but pretty good overall.

Doesn't top Scrubs though.

And for some reason I can't stand Arrested Development or Curb Your Enthusiasm... they just seem like they try too hard to be funny.

I like Curb, AD just doesn't really appeal to me.

I'm in love with TIna Fey and want to marry her but Alec Baldwin owns that show. I just got done watching the rest of season 3. Can't wait for season 4 as well!
