Would have liked to scratch out another 18 runs or so, just get to that 3 figure lead. But 82 is pretty handy with the deck still doing a bit.

Those lifters will have Patty excited. Shame Haze is out, looks like a deck he'd love.

its good that this mcg pitch actually offers something for the bowlers. That road in the last ashes test played there was a disgrace.

I think they can pick up 2 or 3 wickets before Stumps - Hameed/Crawley and Malan (Root would be better) - Leach is their nightwatchman.

Stark has to be on song and make the openers play most balls same for Cummins and Boland.

A lot of the England Batters have technique issues as a result of Englands pre-occupation with white ball cricket and picking white ball cricket players and their Test players hardly playing first class long form of Cricket except when playing Tests.

Stark make them play -gees Hameed has 2 ducks in a row - make it 3.

That was a poor first up over from Stark

I'm seriously thinking that new limited secretly put Hayden in to the 7 commentary box so that people would sign up to kayo to get away from his shit.

How the f**k can someone with as much hair as Hameed be so hopeless?

I don't reckon Carey was getting it anyway tbh. Would have taken a fair grab.

Still, I feel like Carey is a bit flat-footed and tentative, and Warner is a touch too wide at one? That's twice in two tests

Pitch it up Starc, these walking wickets can't do everything for you.

There you go.

Crawley is a definite improvement on Burns. 🤔
