We needed more runs. There are certain players in the top 3 who need dropping or a kick up the arse because they aren't performing.

That said that edgy box headed tinny reject oompa loompa Ducket could have easily been out and at 1/27 Australia is on top. Anything can happen today.

Lost the toss, forced to bat in overcast conditions, poms bat in the sunshine, still post a first innings lead. They've had everything go against them and are still every chance to win this test. Chasing 224 with rain about won't be easy.

The only change I'd make for the next test is to drop warner, and put Renshaw into the team. Whether he plays 1 or 5 is up to the conditions.

Once again our ridiculous halfway up the wicket braindead bowling will cost us. Plus the ultra negative fields.

Hopefully we can keep the trend of wickets falling in the first session keeps going. Get Stokes out there teeing off early and maybe get him out early. Or the game ends early.
