Well Renshaw is definitely learning how to play test cricket. And he's yet to really work out how to play FC cricket.

Tubbs is being very harsh on him at the moment. He's definitely never faced a leftarm chinaman, and given our quicks injuries he's more than likely never faced a bowler as quick as Rabada before.....

Speaking of T20 slog, just cause a domestic clip of Super Maxwell edging to slips. His technique was ridiculous, it was full on off stump and he sort of tried to run it to third man with no footwork, the bat slipped to 45 degrees, I couldn't understand wtf he was doing. Shocking that he ever wore whites.

Jesus Christ Tubbs, if it wasn't for this kid toughing it out on day one things could have been very different.

He's got through 159 deliveries in this test against an attack that's been schooling so far.

No, but neither is he chasing it and nicking off. He's playing within the line of his body for the most part. Very compact. Sure he might play inside the line a little here and there but he's much less likely to nick it doing that than chasing the ball
