In fact things were so good he said they had held a 'trivia night' the night before......I wonder if Patto, Johnno & Uzi were allowed to play??

I'd bat Haddin at 5 and Smith at 6, but beyond that it's the best available.

On a deck with less turn if we bat first Hughes could be a factor. Haddin will add starch to the batting lineup.

I still reckon we get pwned, but I like the fact that Haddin is back.

Suprisingly that side looks better than the one we picked for the 2nd test. Patto will be a big loss though.

The all NSW middle order is a slight concern. They are just as likely to fallover and score 8 runs between them or all produce 100's.

That is a very brittle top order, I mean Steve Smith at No.5! If we bat first I expect it to be 4 for not much within 20 overs or less.

Hughes is dead man walking if he doesn't get some runs this test

Steve Smith and Haddin>Watson and Wade, as far as playing spin goes. Not that they'd be my choices in the original squad, but they arent the worst shouts here. Hughes at three though still makes me fearful. Would love runs from Cowan and Warner, and Clarke at 4 (so he realises he'll still make runs up there).

Bowling line up looks pretty weak though. Although would only replace Starc with Patto from the squad available
