Pujara is 36 and has been in decline for 4 years being a brick wall.

England probably have as good as chance as any here.

What's up with Kohli he wont be back for the series.

Sir Jack Leach also out with terminal baldness (and a knee injury).

England by a thousand bazboost points.

India chose to bat and are 3/50. Jadeja batting at 5 which seems a little high although he is class.
Both teams with 2 fast bowlers.

A lot of this Indian team is unrecognisable.

Some of them are probably guns but gee whiz England have a golden opportunity to win this series.

He wants another Ashes.
Well it's not like bringing him out the last 3 times has paid off. His figures are decent and is very economical.

But Shamar Joseph showed that unless you have express pace bowlers you will struggle to win in Australia.

Seam and swing doesn't get it done if it's under 140km/h.

You need fast express bowlers to trouble Aussies in there home conditions.

South Africa had Dale Steyn at his best and India had Bumrah, Shami at there disposal when they have beaten us here.

England have rocks in there head if they think a 43 year old medium pace bowler is going to help them win the ashes down here.

Let them play with their rocks.

Anderson has never had a good tour of Australia so you are right it plays into our hands and wins us another series.

Hopefully its a comprehensive win which ends some careers baldy style.

I think he will retire well before then, its almost two years away. Tap on the shoulder

I suspect if fit, Archer and Wood will be their pace opening attack

Ollie Robinson most likely there if he pulls his finger out and keeps his mouth shut, plus Woakes??

They got a paceman Atkinson on this Indian tour yet to debut, probably grooming him to be in the 11 at some point soon
