I believe that Phil Jacques has the highest score by an Australian on ODI debut. Scored 94 6 yrs ago vs Sri Lanka at Etihad Stadium, was controversially given out caught behind IIRC.

Really nice debut knock from Forrest. Hard not to like him, just seems a top bloke even if he is a Parra fan. Hussey was good and Clarke looked in sublime touch but threw it away again. Indians bowled very well at the death IMO.
