Geez, well rush him right back in then.

Seriously BunniesMan, you're fighting a losing battle with this one.

:lol:Hughes has still got a long way to go to get back into the side. He should maybe just stick to ODI cricket so he doesn't have to worry about the slips cordon.

Hughes won't be anywhere near the team until he learns to leave anything off off stump alone. Khawaja has a great technique and he paid the price for other batsman failing around him, therefore putting enormous pressure on the kid to score and score quickly. Marsh is finished though, ironic considering his dad was finished yesterday. You can't remain in the team based on one hundred about 4-5 months ago. He might be a quality shorter format player but tests are not for him.

I think those 10 runs make Clarke-Ponting partnerships highest ever in aggregate v India. 952 runs vs Hayden/Langer 949 runs.

Serious question for BunniesMan. And I want you to be honest here. Are you Phil Hughes?

What kind of a total do Australia want to see India to chase in the fourth innings? Another 100 runs tomorrow?

Huh? What does Hodge have anything to do with this? Hodge retired from first-class cricket ages ago after he realised the selectors had blacklisted him for reasons unknown to him
He was shit. That will upset the Victorians.......

It's not really about runs now..We've basically got enough..It's about time..

How long do we need to bowl them out on a pitch that is starting to come to life??..

It's time not runs. I would say the declaration will come 20 minutes before lunch giving as tubby would say 'a nasty little session just before lunch'.

I can't see India batting for a day and a half to save this test.
