As they say, you know the end is nigh when you start dropping sitters, just like Healy, Gilchrist and Hayden did towards the end of their careers.

Regarding Clarke, warnings of a retirement announcement started with that dropped catch in the England run-chase at Edgbaston. I'm not saying we would've won the test had Clarke caught it, but at 2/55 chasing only 123, momentum is vital and you just never know with that little bit of pressure how differently things may have panned out had 2/55 become 3/55 in bowler-friendly conditions.

I wouldn't call that a sitter, having spent a fair bit of time in the slips. It should have been taken don't get me wrong...but high and fast like that he'd have seen it late, you can see he moved late as a result. Solid chance he should have caught but sitter is unfair.

Mitch Marsh has a lot of bowling potential for the future. Beautiful bowling there to dismiss Bell

Marsh bowled very well without luck at Edgbaston, swinging the ball away late from the right-hander. Should've never been dropped at Trent Bridge

Great nut by Marsh to get Bell, his bowling has been quite outstanding this series, if he can get his batting going he will become a valuable member of this side.
