I'm more concerned about how they keep jacking the price of beer up 20 cents. I fully predict $5.60 to start before Christmas if it isn't already.

Gotta make sure you get a seat near the entrance to the public bar, as that's the only place you can get a heavy as well.
Amigo, I went to the Broncos v Manly game a few weekends ago.....sorry to say but your prediction came early, beer is $5.60 a pop :fist:

:fist: Argghh!!! That's like the 3rd price increase this year!!

Will be sure to have a few extra stubbies before leaving for the game tonight.

Vidosic is a big loss, where has he gone?

He went to Nurnberg.

I too feel your pain, Bender. We all yearn for a return to the days of Bleiberg in charge once more, but I think it's about time we start letting go.

Family Fun Day
Sun 19 August, 2007
Family Fun Day

The Queensland Roar FC Family Fun Day is on next Sunday 19th August 2007 at Roma Street Parklands and it’s free to all families, friends and supporters!
The day will kick off at 10.00am and be filled with plenty of free activities for children and adults alike, including face painting, arts/crafts, free rides and skill sessions with the Roar Rapid Fire Freestyle Football Fields! Supporters and families will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with their favourite Queensland Roar players and also be there to see the players accept their 2007/08 jerseys on stage with Roar Coach Frank Farina. They’ll also be special guest appearances by none other than our very proud mascot Roary!
New merchandise will be available and on sale on the day with plenty of great food stalls and entertainment to make it a great day out for every orange-supporter; young, old or right in the middle!
So mark it in your diaries; the 19th August, 2007 Queensland Roar FC Family Fun Day at Roma Street Parklands. You won't want to miss this enjoyable day out for the family!

That's actualy pretty funny.

I heard that Melbourne have near on 20,000 season ticket holders already, with that sort of finance they could make this league thier own in a few seasons.

Good to see Roary making an appearance. Strong rumours circulated about his future during the off-season. Millwall wanted him, and apparently the Brisbane Lions had mooted a possible code-switch.
