hahah, same here, i see all the arts students (at the uni i go to, dont know what its like everywhere else) (that every other deparatment hates) and every1 jokes their degree will enable them to work at maccas. classic. the women are all feminists and the guys are all pu$$ies (most of them, there are the 1% who are normal) when their union got introduced to us, their introduction was "And now for those interested in working at maccas, this is the club for you, the arts union, going nowhere fast!" they run groups such as "Why marx was good, and the threat of capitalism" and have socialist alternative movement meetings which no1 else goes to apart from them.
But yeh, i can see ur point, trying to promote the old stlye entertainment of the 'shakespearian' era thru to 'jane autsin' era enjoyed. which cant be replicated today cause we have moved on, and those ppl need to 'get with the times' IMO, as fiztgerald put it in the great gatsby"YOU can't repeat the past"
