If this thread is merely an attempt to white ant Reynolds as a SoO fan fave you needn't have bothered. Daley the magnificent has already stated Pus is his man.
Hence back Qld in for ten in a row brothers and sisters.

There there. Anyone is a superior option to Pearce. 4 series, and he has failed miserably in each one.

Individually, Soward's skillset is vastly superior to Reynolds.
However, St.George-Illawara ruined that to an extent by putting him in a shell.

If Soward can get confidence and play like he did when he first hit grade, he is one of the best 6's in the game.

Also, it's funny seeing other teams supporters give it to Pearce, yet he keep doing his job, much better than most halves in the comp.

Has he flopped in SOO ? Yes.

Is he better than most NRL halfbacks at club level - 100%.

PS - when Walsh/Isaac John are your halves, you probably shouldn't speak about other team's halfbacks.

Is it Reynolds fault Farrell butchered that try?
Or that Sam Burgess got greedy instead of passing to an unmarked winger?

At one stage last night Gus was commenting on something Pearce did and said "that's origin experience"
I thought it must've been after an errant pass or kick cos the only experience Mitchell Pearce has from origin is being shit.

I like watching games without commentators, they piss me off.

Hopefully, he will fire up in the finals. With a fully fit Souths team (which we are NOT atm), he excels.

I thought the Roosters did really well in nullifying his kicking game, it's the best job I've seen done since Melbourne earlier this year at ANZ so it'll be interesting to see how he does against Melbourne on Friday night, I'll be watching very keenly to see if he's finding space and forcing repeat sets.

Funny how they got rid of Carney after 1 series yet persist with him.

I thought 2 things stuffed the blues this year. The Dugan / Fergo crap & picking yet another new player in a spine position. SOO is all about experience.

Either way it doesn't matter. Pearce and Maloney will both be gone next year for the blues. Jarrod Mullen will be there and either Carney or Reynolds will be the other half. Mullen is just to good to leave out and is defensively the best half in the game.

Frenzy.

Reynolds vs Soward.

Weak comparison.

No one will ever be as bad as The Constipated Ballerina.

Good luck with him Penrith.

Great kicking game, unlikely to run the ball and defensively suspect....No I am not talking about Penriths new signing...premiership winning and origin discard, Jamie Soward but a player unlikely to achieve both of the aforementioned career highlights....

Adam Reynolds with the advantage of playing behind a monster pack ,with the option of G.I and weekly favorable penalty counts has struggled in the business end of the season.

Reynolds struggled last night against an under strength Roosters outfit and went missing against the Storm in fact his form in the last few months has been below the standard we have become accustomed to.

This must be a concern to the origin hopeful. If Reynolds can't impose himself on the final series and lead Souths to a Grand Final at the minimum surely he is not worthy of leading NSW against the greatest origin team in history.

Proven to be correct ? I think so !

I'll have big doubt's about Madge' judgment if he doesn't hand the keys to Keary next year.

Reynolds is who he is and that ain't going to change. And he MUST operate only passing right to left. If he can't flourish doing that he belongs in NSW cup
