I have an interest in this and privacy but if you look at every single Human Rights Instrument privacy is balanced against freedom of speech.
For the media it may be titillation or voyeurism for the media, but some fans do give a damn about how the players act and whether they condone their behaviour.
I don't follow the Dragons but my friend up North is a Dragons supporter so maybe I'll make an exception.
Schools have a duty of are to students and stand in loco parentis to them. Their responsibilities extend to providing a safe environment and don't necessarily stop at the school gate. Take the analogy of bullying. I happen to know as a FACT that some schools are re:thinking their due diligence with respect to the school clinics. HOW SAD. To think that in 'AFL land', this could prevent kids engaging in a productive activity because of the heavy handed thuggery of the AFL and their attitude of 'we are beyond reproach' is sickening.
