Another Sam Thaiday dog act

I caught the replay earlier, unless Thaiday is really Usain Bolt in disguise he didn't race in 20m.

As the replay shows, he was right in the vicinity of where it happened. And after some of the previous antics from Melbourne, I don't blame him for sticking up for his team mate even if it was excessive.

And the push from Vunivalu was completely unnecessary. Boyd was trying to figure out what the penalty was for which he has a right to do as captain. It wasn't a quick tap either, so really he had no excuse.

Cmon mate maybe it wasnt 20m but it was at least 10m. You can see his fat shadow loping across the field.

Yep Vunivalu is a grub and that was unnecessary. But it was a cowardly and unnecessary over reaction by Thaiday.

Handbags at 10 paces.

Personally I don't get why he wasn't immediately sin binned for yet another 3rd man in effort.

Honestly refs just need to start sending the fat overrated prick on his way whenever he tries his pushy shovy tough guy act

The punishment for pulling Browmwich's hand should match whatever punishment would be handed out if Bromwich's hand wasn't injured. If a player can take the field then he should be treated the same as anyone else.

I didn't actually see that game. Was it a worthy sin binning? Did it help clean up the game?

Well with the way we were carrying on in the ruck, someone was probably going to head to the bin. Unfortunately Priest got binned for an imaginary strip. I don’t think it did anything though, we were still leaking penalties after it.

It probably should have been a send off, granted, he didn't throw a punch but it wasn't that different from Fafita last year in origin.
I don't really mind the two opposing players having a bit of push and shove, but someone running in should always be penalized heavy because that shows intent to escalate, imo.

Vunivalus push on Boyd was nothing. He was trying to get the ball, Boyd wouldn't give it to him so he push him away. Absolutely nothing in it.

Don't know about a send off but certainly should be a binning
