If you ask your players to put the body the line week in out they probably deserve more than stubbornly sticking to a shit game plan that hampers the team despite everyone in the staff telling you not to.

What more could they really say though? Irrespective of what happened, they’ve destroyed his reputation already.

FWIW from the very limited times I met/dealt with him, I thought he seemed like a genuinely good bloke. Wouldn’t have a clue about his coaching ability or how he was in a day to day working environment.
