Apparently Woods and Klemmer are best mates now. Not sure what his contract situation is but geez Klemmer would look good in a Tigers jersey! He'd fill Keithy's jersey nicely.

Ha ha. I just came here to say the exact same thing. His price is no doubt going to sky rocket but geez they would compliment each other perfectly. What an animal !!!

The dogs would never let him leave & we would never sign a forward with mongrel.

Our talent scouts would be instructed to search for clones of the sluggish cream puff from the shire !!

From memory sironen is on 300k-330k/yr.This would make klemmer worth 1m/yr !!

In all seriousness Siro is on overs & klemmer is on unders. The way klemmer is developing his next contract will be at least double what he's currently on.

I'm confident/hopefull that Lodge will get close to the player that klemmer is in 2-3 years time. They have seem to have that but of crazy in them. Remember klemmer is 2 years older then Lodge.

So Siro & klemmer are on similar contracts.

It's obvious which club negotiated the better deal.

The way Siro is going he's due for a huge upgrade with this footy illiterate & innumerate club ! The same would obviously apply to witless fans protege.

There's no doubt when it comes to the generosity exhibited by this club re contracts it helps to be a descendant of balmain icons.

Let's just hope that Mitch & Siro realise the huge potential they displayed in juniors & u/20's over the next few yrs.

Could be possible , there lies the reason why we pay overs for players. If you have no real cap like the Roosters for example you can sit back and when an established star comes along you pay a fortune , WT on the other hand have no endless bank account so in a lot of ways we are forced to pay younger kids reasonably more than they are worth in the hope they develop into stars while we have then contracted on less than market value. Its risky but while ever 3rd party payments are allowed to be rorted and the clubs producing future players are not compensated I cant really see a way out , altho some better talent evaluation from our club would somewhat help.
Ex. If we sign Brookes for 5 years at $400k a season and he doesnt kick on its big money. IF we hold of for 12 months or so and he is playing as a high quality halfback the market would easily pay $700k a year for rare number sevens.

Te Maire Martin signed 3 year deal with Penrith. The club really is adamant in putting all their faith in Moses aren't they ?

Be interesting tracking the progress of Te Mare and Moses over the next few years...
Already feel sick thinking about it.
Te Mare is very classy and should push Soward to 7.

So at present here is where we stand since Potter was given the flick:

Loses:
Anasta
Blair
Fulton
Thomson
Patterson
Austin
Brown
Richards
Te Martin

Gains:
Naiqama

Signing rumours:

Tupou

.................

ARE THEY f**kING SERIOUS? I can't believe that its just the simple fact that nobody wants to come to the club because if the f**king Sharks and Eels can sign players then we should be able to sign somebody ffs.

I can't deal with this anymore
