I still want him gone. Always will. Hate the bloke. Saying that we look better this year so far... besides the Beale on the bench garbage.

Flanno ain't going any where - agree with Ads day he goes I will be happy, but while he's here I will keep pressing the morphine button. He won't win us the comp

Yes. I do look forward to a new coach at the sharks. The man has his strengths but the fact is we cannot completely move forward after ASADA with Flange at the helm. Pretty simple.

The more complex take is the man is sometimes a f**ken moron. Beale on for Barba for the last 8mins? Why?

Should have been Holmes to fullback the last 8mins if anything. Holmes is not ready for fb but he should def be next in line.

Actually should have been JSL on for one of the out of breath forwards.

Flans promise of playing fullback to Bird is tokenistic and its this kind of shit that could cost us Holmes in the long term.

I think he just lacked the balls to drop either Beale or Loots from the team so we have this stupid situation of a centre on the bench till the 70th minute. We are lucky we ran away with it because it was so hot out there, we could have done with another forward if it was a real battle.

Agreed.

We'd have been much better off with someone like JSL or Capewell.

Wonder what he will do next week with Heigno back.

Good problem to have.

Competition for spots.

Exactly every grade won this weekend pressure all round.

I was listening before the game to Joey Johns in respect to Newcastle and some of it linked to us, the subject came up saying there Ball/HM Matthews team undefeated, and will be good for future.

Johns said yes but you are waiting 3-5 years for those players to come through, linking that to our success in those comps last year, we should see some of those benefits start to come through in 2 years, hopefully we set up a program to bring these guys through, just maybe we will hit a golden run, every other club has had it at least once its time we deserve it

I'm starting to like him. All is good if he doesn't look at a camera. Then it's like the hill's have eye's.

He is obviously doing something right with the young guys. They are playing with confidence.

Knights always have good lower grade teams...they can't turn it into first grade success anymore.

They won NSW Cup last year...

It seems that flanno and the players have moved past asada. Some on here though... different story.

Good to know he was going off at half time. If you said flanno was in the beer line like everyone else I wouldn't have been surprised

Although he ain't in the bottom tier of current coaches, he still has won jack shit. He should consider himself lucky he is at Cronulla as any other club would of given him the arse by now. Yep, we accept mediocrity.
