Don’t be cruelI can’t wait for Origin.
I want to see all the players that get picked from the Stains get carried off.

Quick go buy platinum seats.
I don’t think that
We might
But might not
Just saying the World Cup hasn’t stuffed teams up
The swings and roundabouts will come for all clubs
No worriesI said maybe it has.
Cows sharks parra storm to an extent all struggling.
You said it hasn’t .
Shouldn’t you be celebrating in the Dragons forum?
No worries
But all forums are open
It’s not a private club
Understand if I was being negative towards sharks but I am not
Getting a perspective from another can often be good as long as they aren’t trashing you
Anyways, hope it works out
Cheers
For what?Good

Wow. Too much self love there mateYou’re not the first Dragons fan to hang off every word I post.
You’re probably one that has done it in the past under a different forum name.

Got work to do
While Flanno will always get credit for coaching us to our first premiership ... he was also lucky with the planets that aligned in 2016. Yes he recruited Ennis, Barba, Maloney, Lewis, Fifita etc ... but strategically his game plans are outdated & one-dimensional as many have said ... and let's face it, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed.
Our attack has obviously been shocking, but there are some simple fixes :
Selection wise :
- Both sides need to straighten & square up, instead of drifting sideways
- One-out runs get us nowhere, we need to push up and support the runner inside & out with decoys & change of angles
- More offloads - don't take crazy risks, but we could be doing plenty more second phase
- How many times do we have to see 3 hitups, a 4th tackle clunky block play that you could defend in your sleep, then another 5th tackle settler before the kick - Flannoball does not work in 2018 !!
- Likewise the inside pass to the fullback - when it's our only variation, teams know what's coming
- The attacking structures that do work in 2018 are there for all to see - Flanno just adapt, it's not rocket science, even for you !
- Dugan HAS to be fullback - defensively Moylan was poor again vs Dregs, out of position & no heart when the chips were down - it was almost as bad as Val at 1
- Moylan HAS to be in the halves to give us some creativity
- Chad or Hokko take your pick - Hokko is calmer under pressure, Chad can at least take on the line occassionally, and can back up well for our rare line breaks
No worries

Oh, I went there once and walked away.Jubilee Avenue?
DS, Barba was bought as a project 5/8, as luck would have it that didn't work out.One thing I hope Flanno has learnt from his recruitment.
Don’t buy too many projects.
Our recent success was from buying winners.
Lewis, Ennis, Maloney & Barba were all winners at some stage or all of their careers.
Can the same be said of this years recruitment of Moylan, Dugan, Fungai, Gray etc.
Also don’t forget what the injection of youth in Bird & Holmes had on the team.
We need this element right now more than ever because many parts of the current side is stale.
