Thats being pedantic,we all knew who he meant...Someone is totally correct in what he is saying.But Someone you will find it difficult here to get through to some of these people.Some of them actually have no idea of what they are talking about.

Also, pray tell - expand on how Tim Smith and JOHN Morris being in good form makes Ben Smith look good? And expand further and explain how disagreeing with that ludicrous statement means one has "no idea what they are talking about".

i agree with Stuke, everyone knew how good Tonga was, i'd hardly think the dogs got him cheap.

Tonga had something like 12 clubs after him, he wouldn't been on a cheap contract

The deal offered by Parramatta was believed to have been worth more in terms of guaranteed money....... the Bulldogs offered him a much lower guarantee. They did however offer a decent incentive based on first grade games played. Can't remember who however they lost a centre through injury (may have been one of the Hughes brothers) in the trials, he got a shot and played 27 games, won a premiership and did reasonably well out of the deal.

He left due to the opportunity at a first grade position rather than the money.
