So you’re saying Ash Taylor is a better option than Cooper Cronk?

I’ll tell you what.. Ask that question out loud.. Take a look at the ladder.. And then go have a look at yourself in the mirror..
I never said that at any point but hunts position in our side at 7 should be in question based on his output lovely weather here atm a balmy 29 degrees here in the pilbara and it’s 8:00 at night and as for looking at myself in the mirror I don’t like doing that any more with all my scaring from my surgery not a good look too many bad memories

A
And sailor at 6
I edited my previous post. I meant to say Norman at 7 and Hunt at 6. As for the idea of Sailor 5/8, Norman halfback and Hunt hooker, that could be a goer. I think Sailor's best position is 5/8. He has a great running game, but he also has a very good passing game and good short kicking game. I am not totally convinced of Sailor yet, but I am keen to see him given more of a go.

Forget Taylor , our Benny is capable of doing the job as are the majority of our players BUT until the roadblock has been removed the Dragons will remain right where they are - just another team making up the numbers.
Hunt doesn't want to be here and has turned out a dud.
If a 2nd Brisbane team was announced he couldn't get there quick enough.
His problem is he can't go back to the Broncos and is too smart to even contemplate the Titans so he will stay here for the pay day and will just keep dishing out so so attacking performances and some limp efforts when real hard tackles are required.

How was father's day over your way I hope you had a good one?
I went to the cemetery to visit my dear old dad and then had yum cha with the family and a relaxing afternoon at home with Mrs OT.
I did have a look at the footy just to see how bad we could be and on that basis wasn't overly disappointed.
Bloody Tigpies gave men the shits that they couldn't get rid of the differential they had with the Sharks on + / - but next week decides it anyway I suppose.

Old Timer.., with all due respect, Hunt has had a number of family issues over the last few weeks....Maybe take that into consideration along with the coach's game plan ruining his game...eg Frizz...

Playing at the fringes...
Hunt has not lived up to his status as one of the top halfbacks.
So switching him and Norman around won't change our fortunes.

I am just stating the facts as I see them re Hunt.
I predicted at the beginning of the season that he would be lucky to make the end of the year in respect of wanting to be here in Sydney and to me it is even more evident now.
Not sure what this family issues are and actually they are none of my business but I simply don't rate him as a top class footballer but will admit he is better at 7 than what we have had in recent times.
IMO as a footballer even when in the correct head space he is well and truly short of the player that can turn our fortunes around week in week out.

How do you work that out from my post about Hunt?
In fairness I said early on that IMO Frizz didn't deserve to be in SOO on this years performance and I still stick by that.
His form has gone down hill from his previous very high standards and much of that may be due to fatigue, injury, coach, disheartened for a number of years etc etc but Frizz has hits some heights on a constant basis in recent years and has always played with determination, heart, and busted his arse despite losing.
IMO Hunt has not hit many heights in his entire career and those that he did hit were not sustained and IMO at times he chucks the towel in and doesn't bust his arse like Frizz.
So your interpretation of my logic is flawed IMO but that is only my opinion of course.
